My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Wendell is a 6 year old Black and Tan Coonhound whose top priority is snuggling! This loving guy is all about cuddling with his human and has not met a human he doesn't like. He shows a rare stubborn side only when his foster mom has failed to let him properly introduce himself to new humans he sees in the park. He's great with other dogs and appreciates their companionship, though he's not particularly playful. Wendell is also great with cats. His gentle nature charmed the ultimate cat test subject in his foster home immediately. Wendell enjoys slow walks in the park and cozying up to his human. He rides well in the car and prefers the co-pilot's seat if the driver's lap is off limits. Wendell is working on his housetraining and responds very well to commands as he always aims to please. If you're looking for a new buddy for slow walks in the woods who doubles as a warm blanket, Wendell's your guy!
