Hi! My name is Moses. My foster mom says I'm a awesome boy and sometimes kind of goofy. I love, love, love to play. I will even toss my rope up and catch and shake it when your too tired to play. I also like my tummy and back rubbed. I know some tricks too. My best ones are sit and shake. I'm working on sitting up pretty, but sometimes I look more like I'm praying and I tend to tip over. I like to sleep with you but I will sleep in my own bed. I have to sleep there when my foster mom says I'm hogging the bed. My foster mom says I can snore pretty loud, but I've never heard it so I don't know if I believe her. I do snort and I love to go for walks.
Unfortunately, I don't like other dogs and I feel that I need to guard my food. I also can play a little rough so I shouldn't be in a home with young children.
Moses Jordan is almost 4 years old and currently weighs 38 pounds.
If you are interested in adopting, please visit our website to learn about our adoption process and to fill out an application.
Because we have Boston Terriers of all ages, we have a sliding scale for adoption fees generally ranging from $200 to $600 based on the age and health of the dog. Our fees cover vetting costs, shelter fees, fuel for transport while in the rescue, copying and printing of contracts and paperwork, our website presence, food, boarding, behavioral training and additional medical care. While the dog you adopt may not require all of these things, many other dogs in our system do. By adopting from Boston Terrier Rescue of Florida, you are not saving just one life, you are helping to save others as well.
