My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ever had a dog, no a four footed pal in your life that was just a character, that was like a person in a little dog body? He was sooooo good at letting you know what he wanted that he did not even have to talk? And if he were able to talk perhaps there would be a bit of colorful language exchanged, he loves you with all that he has, but by golly, he is not putting up with your nonsense. Well, that is our Mr. Chips. MR. Chips found himself at a large shelter and can you EVEN believe it he was not a happy camper. Needless to say he was not feeling it, not about to bring on the party manners, no way Jose. So he came to rescue and he has learned to tolerate us(haha) and also has let our lovely neighbors enjoy his company on occasion. They invite him over for visits and he is quite the little gentleman, gets along with a rambunctious Golden Retriever and several cats. In fact, Jean, his hostess has said he was purring...(he was growling)..he really is all talk and they adore him. Mr. Chips is one of a kind and is looking for a one of a kind of family that will understand a quirky guy. We just had a family get together and he insisted on sitting on everyone's lap. He grumbled a bit, but could not get enough attention...oh why do we love chihuahua's so much?? Mr. Chips is very attentive would prefer to be by your side, can perch on a chair like a little bird, leap tall buildings...he has got is all. He is really looking for a family with a great sense of humor, a big splash of understanding and a lot of love to share with a little guy that may not have had a whole lot previously.
