Precious's Story...
Precious is the sweetest lab rottie mix. She is a big 'lap dog' seeing as how she is 43#. She will follow you all around your house. Precious seems to be potty trained seeing as how she has had no accidents in the house. She would be ideally suited in a home with children at least 8 years old because she likes to get up and give hugs. Precious is good with other dogs and seems to be passive. Precious would be a wonderful addition to any family willing to give her lots of love. Precious is approximately 1.5 years old.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Palatine/Kildeer/Buffalo Grove already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Palatine/Kildeer/Buffalo Grove breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
