Mariposa is a three month old kitten who came to the Yuma Humane Society as a tiny kitten too sick to survive. Luckily a wonderful foster mom took her in and nursed her back to life! Mariposa is a tiny little fighter with a bunch of resilience and a lot of character. She does great around dogs, cats and humans of all sizes. Well once she didn't like a big pitbull who came over, so she bopped him on the nose and then they were cool. :)
Mariposa likes to be around people and will follow her humans around the house. She loves to cuddle and take naps. If she is cuddling with you and you move, she will let you know she wants you to come back with her little meow! She is curious, adventurous and has to explore everything--especially the dishwasher! She is a special kitten, with amazing facial expressions and personality.
