My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Janny is an 8 yr old Black Lab looking for a family to love. We saved Janny from a hoarding situation in Kingman, AZ Jan 2017. She was very withdrawn and skittish. While she's still a nervous Nellie, she's also very affectionate and dog friendly. She's terrified of small children, but great with older children. We think she'd make a retired person a wonderful companion.

Spay, fully vaccinated & microchipped. Janny had a generous donor who paid for a dental where 8 teeth were extracted. Having those rotten teeth removed will extend her life greatly. Contact Brittany Rescue AZ at britrescueaz@cox.net for more info.


Janny will require a special adopter that will give her lots of love and patience, letting her come out of her shell. We will give a potential adopter a minimum 2 week trial period to make sure Janny is a good match for them.
