My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rodger came into a local shelter as a stray. He was terrified but he became a shelter staff favorite because they could tell he had such great potential once out of that stressful situation.

Rodger is approx. 2 years old. He is shy yet eager to love and learn. He gets along well with other dogs. Rodger will require an adopter that is willing to be patient and kind, letting him adapt to his new surroundings at his own pace.

Rodger is neutered, fully vaccinated and tested negative for heartworm and tick borne diseases.
His adoption donation is $250 which helps us purchase food and medical care for other dogs in our rescue.

Our adoption process includes an application, telephone interview, home visit and meet/greet with al family members (two and four legged).
