Tank (Neutered)'s Story...
"Tank" is a handsome 1-1/2 year old male Pit Bull Terrier mix who was surrendered by his owner on January 10, 2017. "Tank" has a dark brown/brindle short smooth coat with a patch of white on his chest, a long tail, and a noble-looking face with short semi-erect ears. His previous owner told us that "Tank" is ok with older children but that toddlers and younger children tend to make him nervous, and he doesn't do well with cats. "Tank" has been kept indoors and is housebroken. He weighs 64.8 lbs. and is fairly strong when walking on a leash. "Tank" was neutered on January 25,2017 and was also given rabies vaccine.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tank (Neutered), a Marietta Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
