found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.
STELLA is a pint sized cuddle bug brimming over with adoration for the person who cares for her. If a loyal lifelong companion is what you are searching for...STELLA is your girl! Most of the time, she likes to be wherever her person or people are. However, she also loves to run all through the yard with her doggie friends! She shares her foster home with 2 large dogs but has small dog buddies who come to visit as well. STELLA is a fantastic lap dog, but has enough stamina for a more active home as well. She uses the doggie door in her foster home like a pro and is a perfect passenger in the car! She also walks wonderfully on a leash so would be great for both city or suburban life. STELLA trots in her crate without hesitation when her foster mom leaves the house. She will protest for a few minutes before quieting down, so an apartment isn't the best fit for her if you have neighbors who won't appreciate a little barking while she is learning her new routine. STELLA never runs out of affection to give and is certain to melt your heart with her soulful eyes. She is 4 years old, 10 lbs, and her tongue is NOT always out of her mouth...we just think she's adorable when when it is. STELLA will, without a doubt, be her adopter's sidekick and best friend for life!
STELLA is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations.
Her $450 adoption fee includes her interstate health certificate and cost transport to New England once she is adopted.
An adoption application for STELLA can be found at the following link: http://wp.me/P73YMd-1h
Please email the completed application to email@example.com. It typically takes us around 5 BUSINESS DAYS to process an application. We will reach out to you as soon as your application is processed.
All of our dogs start their journey in Memphis, Tennessee where they remain in loving foster families until they are adopted. Once adopted, they travel via one of our transport partners to their new forever homes. We use Alpha Dog Pet Transport for our New England, Nashville, and Knoxville adoptions (https://alphadogtransport.com) and The Road Home Pet Transport for our Midwest adopters (https://www.facebook.com/roadhomepettransport).
Breed selection is done in conjunction with two local vets and is not to be considered a guarantee but rather a well-educated decision from well qualified staff.
Due to the extremely high volume of inquiries we receive, we ask that you request, complete, and submit an application before asking additional questions. We try very hard to include all pertinent information in our bios. We are excited to help you find your new family member. However, Woof River is 100% volunteer operated. We want to spend our time saving dogs and assisting those adopters who have taken the time to complete an application. Thank you for understanding.
