This is Max but no one calls him that. I call him Bumps and my dad calls him ChooChoo. He is the most wonderful, loving, cuddly, kissy, best cat ever. All he wants to do is sit in your lap and and cuddle. He is almost 13 and weighs about 25 lbs. He's an orange Siberian as far as I know. He's unphased by pretty much everything. Gets along with everyone. Just wants to be pet. Quite vocal. Always great with the litter box, rarely ever throws up, but does shed quite a lot. He is just a big mush. Good with other animals and fine with kids, though he hasn't been around one in a while, but he was my sisters cat and he grew up with my nephew who is the same age as himThis is Max but no one calls him that. About New Hope Rescue Ranch

About Our Rescue Group...

New Hope Rescue Ranch - List of Programs

Cat Temps or Temporary Cat Fostering

Temporary Cat Fostering ("Cat Temps") helps keep cats and their human families together. Whenever a person urgently needs a temporary foster - adoption at a distance, evictions, fires, military deployments, or hospitalizations - Cat Temps is ready to help when we can.

Shelter Rescue

We will be applying with the NYACC to become a New Hope Partner so that we are able to pull animals that are on the nightly kill list, but for now we assist other New Hope Partners (i.e. Anjellicle Cats Rescue, Staten Island Hope Rescue) by providing temporary foster care when we can.

Street Rescue

We network to find placement for cats and kittens that are on the streets. We have adoptable cats that are looking for homes.

Hospice

We are working to be able to offer hospice for cats that have no other alternative.

The Gabriel TNR Program/Fund Ferals

We support groups and trappers that engage in trap, neuter, return programs as it is a powerful way to curb the killing of adoptable cats.
