Tiger's Story...
Tiger is a chihuahua around 7 years old and weighing 12 pounds. After having a loving home for 5 years, he now finds himself a victim of divorce. Tiger is a very sweet, quiet and shy dog. It took him a couple of weeks to get used to his new situation, but he is now wagging his tail. Tiger still likes to play with other gentle dogs. Tiger may have been abused because he cries whenever you tug on his collar. Tiger is a wonderful calm dog, and we want him to have a FOREVER home where he is inside as a loved member of the family. He needs a secure fenced yard to run and play.

Tiger is neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. He is negative for heartworms and current on heartworm and flea preventative. Tiger has a $80.00 adoption fee. Please contact Marianne at 2 Many Dogs for an adoption application if you are interested in adopting Tiger.

We do adopt out of state and Tiger can be sent to a home in the northeast via Rescue Road Trips ground transport for a total cost of $400.00 (including adoption fee).

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tiger, a Wallis Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Wallis, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Wallis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Wallis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Wallis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Wallis paves the way for another one to be saved.
