Angel's Story...
Angel is nearly a pup herself, at just a year or two old, but found herself VERY pregnant. As in, she gave birth to 12 puppies kind of pregnant! She's only about 30-35lbs, but did an amazing job caring for them all. She was originally "found" by a family down south that did not want to keep her once they found out she was pregnant, so she was brought to a shelter. We intervened, and Angel gave birth here in NJ. She is a loving, sweet little thing that leans into you for love. She did live with kids and was reported to be good with them. In her foster home she briefly was around cats and dogs and was good with them, although seemed a bit shy of both. On walks she ignores other dogs. Angel is also said to be housebroken! She is a lovely girl who has been through quite a lot already, and she deserves her forever home!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Angel, a Broadway Mountain Cur dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Mountain Cur for sale in Broadway, or seeking a Mountain Cur dog from a breeder in Broadway.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Broadway already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Broadway breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Mountain Cur breeders who help with Mountain Cur rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Broadway paves the way for another one to be saved.
