Meet Juno! This gorgeous Husky mix is about 2 years old, and he is looking for an active family that can keep up with him. He is a typical Husky full of words and wisdom that he has no problem sharing with you! Juno is enjoying his foster home where gets plenty of exercise and lots of attention. He is a bit stingy about sharing food, toys, and his people with other dogs, so we think he would probably be happier as an only dog. He loves the older child (8 years) in the house, he is gentle with him and likes to follow him around. Juno seems a touch more mellow than Huskies usually are. He would rather hang out with his people and go for walks with you. This beauty walks great on a leash - he just trots alongside his foster mom, ignoring other dogs. Juno is calm when out on walks and hikes, and he also loves riding in the car. He is house trained and can stay home alone without getting into anything he shouldn't. He has a great temperament and is going to make a great family addition. Juno met a non-reactive cat at one of the adoption events, he was mildly interested, but not aggressive, but he has chased a cat that runs. If you are interested in meeting this beauty, your first step is to fill out an adoption application on our website.
The adoption includes the altering of the dog, current vaccinations, and microchipping. For more information on the adoption donation and our adoption process, please visit our website at www.labsandmore.org and click on Adopt. You will find our online adoption application there as well. Once you are approved to adopt, we will discuss how to meet our available dogs. Our dogs are NOT housed at our mailing address. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit, all-volunteer organization. Thank you for reaching out to rescue a dog in need of hope!
