Additional info: This beautiful girl is coming to us from Iran on February 15th. She is just a gentle baby and it is a long, exhausting flight so we would like to get her into foster care as soon as she gets here. Her tail was crudely amputated so we are not sure what happened to her. She is submissive and is fully pee pad trained. She doesn't bark and she loves cats and dogs. She doesn't get the concept of walking on the leash yet but she will. Her foster mom describes her as gentle and beyond mellow and well-behaved. We found this beautiful girl running along and scared in the streets. She is shy and very loving. She bonds easily and she gets along well with dogs. She can be reserved but her nature is friendly. She will moan happily when her person comes home and "smiles" a lot. Noelle does not yet know how to walk on leash but she is so anxious to please we know she'll pick it up quickly. Welcome to America, Noelle!
