Midnight's Story...
Hi, my name is MIDNIGHT and I am a 5 month old, all black LONG HAIRED female kitten with bright AMBER colored eyes and a SOFT VELVETY coat. The folks at Posh Pets Rescue think that I am ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS and as SWEET as can be. Upon first meeting me, I might be shy. That is why I would do well with a PATIENT PERSON with limitless LOVE to give who can help ease the transition from shelter life to my forever home. In addition, I must go to a home with ANOTHER CAT or KITTEN so that I always have a PAL to hang out and snuggle with. So what do you say? Am I the kitty for you? Let’s meet. I am spayed, UTD on shots, and FIV/FeLV negative.

To meet me, fill out the CAT ADOPTION APPLICATION at

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Midnight, a Long Beach Domestic Longhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a Domestic Longhair kitten from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
