Here's what the humans have to say about me:
FOSTER LOCATION: Boise, ID
Hi, my name is Camper. My Fuzzy Pawz Rescue foster mom found me in a campground this fall, when it was getting really cold. I could tell she was a nice lady so I went right up to her hoping she could help me. You see, I had a really bad broken leg and could barely walk on it. So she and her friends made me a bed and I decided to stick around for the night. The next day, someone else came and picked me up and took me to a vet, and I've been well taken care of ever since! Boy, am I happy! My leg will never be "normal", but it's all healed up now and it doesn't bother me anymore. I can run and play just like any other cat, and sometimes I like to chase and tease my cat foster sister. I like the dogs that are here too, and will rub and climb on the big one.
I'm about 7 months old, and so I do like to play and get a little wild once in a while. But my favorite thing is to lay on someone's lap or stomach and give lots of kisses. I am a little shy with strangers at first, but once I know you you will be my friend forever. I remember in the campground there were some children that played with me, and carried me around for several hours. It hurt my leg a bit, but I liked them so much it didn't matter. I followed them wherever they went. I even heard the little boy tell my foster mom that I was "a lovely cat". I think that means I have a nice personality!! I also think I'd love to live with kids; heck the more friends a boy has the better.
Thanks for reading about me, and if you'd like to meet me just fill out an application with my Fuzzy Pawz family to get the process started! You can do that here: http://fuzzypawzrescue.com/adopt/adoption-application-2/
Oh yeah I have been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped so I'm all ready to go! There is an adoption fee of $25, but don't worry the rescue paid for all of my vet care already.
