My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Lizzie. I was rescued from the engine of an SUV. The car had been sitting in a parking lot when a passerby happened to notice me just as I was climbing up into the wheel well. The car owner came back a short time later and popped the hood so that the people were able to get me safely out of the car engine before it was turned on. Whew! I'd say I'm some lucky kitten! The nice rescue people named me "Lizzie” because I was found in a Tin Lizzie – get it?)

So, let me tell you a little about me. I'm a very sweet and friendly girl. I love being held and petted and I'll purr up a storm for you. My best friend is a boy kitten named Scampi. We love to play and play and play, and then settle down and cuddle together for a nice nap. We make a perfect pair: Scampi is the mischievous one, and I'm the demure one. We're both about the same age and would LOVE to be adopted together. So if you're looking for a ready-made pair, look no further. Although I could be adopted separately, I MUST go to a home with another friendly and playful cat.

So, here I am, ready and waiting for my forever family to come and find me and give me a home (preferably with my buddy Scampi). In exchange for your love and your care, I'll give it back to you tenfold. I'm such a special girl, but you won't know that until you come and meet me. So, what are you waiting for??

My estimated date of birth is 10/13/16, and my adoption fee of $135 includes a vet exam, FVRCP (distemper combo) vaccination, FIV & Feline Leukemia testing (neg), routine deworming, flea control, microchip, spay and eye surgery once I'm old enough.
