Bootsie is an eccentric, lovable boy! He had been 'cat of the neighborhood' in his town. With the cold snap, the people that took care of him were concerned and Bootsie waited for an opening to come into our group. He is in a loving foster home. He is good with the whole family and loves attention. Bootsie does have a little adjusting to do such as mewing at night but that will come in time.
