MEET SAMANTHA !!
This shy mellow little girl is just three years old. Samantha is a beautiful black and tan Yorkie. Samantha was all matted when we got her. She is now groomed with a puppy-cut and she is just adorable. Samantha is non shedding and hypoallergenic. She has never felt so good !! She rubs her little body everywhere and is a total couch potato. Samantha is shy at first. But quickly warms up and just wants to cuddle on the sofa or bed with you. Samantha sleeps through the night on your bed. She is great will all dogs big and small. Male and female. As well as cats.
Samantha needs a great new owner that understands Yorkies need to be combed and brushed through to maintain their coat and a grooming every two to three months or so depending on how short you go between cuts.
Samantha is now spayed, microchipped and up to date on all vaccines, dewormed and current on rabies and her license. She is also crate trained and will put herself in her crate. She is wonderful on a leash. She is a little cuddle bug at night. Either on your pillow or under the covers. Samantha is a little shy with strangers. She needs a calm peaceful, mellow home. A home with another dog or two would be great. She likes to play once she knows them and she's comfortable.
Please tell us a little about yourself, lifestyle, activity level, your home, and any other dogs or kids in the house. We think Samantha would be great in a home with other dogs. But she could also be spoiled rotten as an only dog. Older children only please. Samantha is on a premium grain-free limited ingredient kibble consisting of salmon & sweet potato. Thank for looking. All dogs in our program are up to date on all their shots, dewormed, licensed, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped. Also included is a free health check by our licensed veterinarian. The dogs that come out of our program are very well socialized when they leave, both with people, and other dogs. It is up to the new owners to maintain this. All of our dogs, young and old are crate trained. This gives the new owner a head start for house breaking, and to curb any separation anxiety and or destructive behavior. Most of our dogs are in foster homes and we are able to tell you lots about each of their personalities. We do not place dogs on a first come first serve basis, but rather to the home best suited for them. An adoption fee, application, and contract are required.
