Meet Roscoe Jenkins! RJ was found in Philadelphia. Turns out that he is microchipped but once his family was contacted, they said they didn't want him anymore. Very sad but now RJ has a chance for a new life with a family that will love him like he deserves to be loved. He's good with other dogs & best with kids over the age of 13. Roscoe is a 5-year-old Pittie mix. He is neutered and up to date on shots. Could he be the one you're looking for?
