Facts about Nullah

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Brown Tabby
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Male
  • Hair: Short
Nullah is a mackerl tabby as you can tell by his picture, he was rescued off the 805 freeway where Iliterally stopped my bus on the freeway and traffic to rescue him. He is very sweet and affectionate and loves to play. He loves his canned food 2x daily and would do great with older kids (8 or older) as he is quite laid back. He does take advantage of the door being open to run outside. He is good with other cats, but not dogs. He has dry food out all day and loves ice in his water....and KITTY TREATS. He knows the word and responds accordingly. No medical issues, and is a super sweet companion (age 6). If interested, please contact Tammy at: toofatcats@yahoo.com

About VC Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

We take in animals that have been abandoned, turned in by owners for various reasons, and animals off the streets. Once we get the animals, they are taken to the vet for an initial exam, spayed/neutered, vaccinated and given any other needed treatment. We have dogs, cats and ducks, but would take in other types of animals if needed. Our mission is to greatly reduce the homeless pet population in San Diego County and to provide education regarding the proper care and treatment of animals as well as the significant benefits received as a result of having animals. Why do we do it? Because we love animals and we appreciate the difference they can make in people's lives. We are a small rescue and in order to expand our ability to help, could really use some dedicated volunteers as well as donations, so please consider helping out.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Best way to contact us is via email: info@vegancoalition.org and we will arrange a meeting at one of our foster's homes.

Our Adoption Process...

Because we want to make sure there is a perfect match between our animal's personalities and the potential adopter's needs, interests and life-style, we carefully review the adoption application the potential adopter has completed. Once the application is reviewed, the candidate is welcome to visit the animals they are interested in meeting. And, if there is an interest, we do a home visit. After that, there is an adoption fee and then an adoption contract. The entire process takes about a day.
