Sweetness is my name! Meet Dulce, a new arrival at the Coronado Animal Care Facility, who was relinquished when her family could no longer care for her. She is now looking for her forever home. Dulce is a one-year-old female Cocker Spaniel/Pomeranian Mix who weighs 13 pounds.

Dulce's personality makes her very special. A bit timid at first, Dulce soon warms up to you as she cuddles in your lap feeling pure joy. Born with only one eye, this little girl doesn't miss a beat when it comes to taking in the world around her. Dulce would do best with a family who will reinforce her confidence, so she will feel secure in her new home. Still a pup, Dulce would also benefit from continued training on a leash, but this should come easily since she is eager to please her human pals. This little sweetheart is sure to touch the heart of anyone who embraces her, so come meet Dulce today and add a new dimension to your life!

The Coronado Animal Care Facility (ACF) is open 9:00am – 4:00pm daily, except major holidays. It is located at 1395 First Street, at the south end of the Ferry Landing complex.

If you are interested in an adoption, first please come meet the dog at the Coronado ACF. Then submit a dog adoption application and meet with a PAWS of Coronado dog adoption counselor. You may complete an application at the Coronado ACF, the online dog adoption application or email dogadoptions@pawsofcoronado.org.
