Tiger is a laid-back and easy-going Domestic Shorthair mixed cat that was born in 2015 and weighs approximately 10 lbs.  This relaxed cat is great with other cats, good with calm & sweet dogs, and LOVES all people.  Tiger only likes calm & sweet dogs, he's afraid of bouncy playful dogs. He would do best with a senior dog or a dog tried and true with cats.  Tiger loves sitting in laps, getting chin scratches, and getting pets and cuddles.  He loves, loves, LOVES people! When he's not being petted, he likes to just relax and nap. Tiger is a very relaxed animal and an excellent house cat (inside cat only) that loves to follow people around, play and cuddle! He can be shy with new animals and new homes at first, so give him a few days to fully come out of his shell.

He is up to date on shots, neutered, microchipped and is FELV/FIV negative.

Tiger was at Aiken County Animal Shelter in Aiken, SC.  Here, he lives in a foster home with cats and dogs and does very well.

Tiger is available for adoption through Purr-fect Match Animal Rescue.  He does live with Precious if you are looking for a pair of bonded cats!

About Purr-Fect Match Animal Rescue, Inc.

About Our Rescue Group...

Mission statement:
Purr-Fect Match Animal Rescue is dedicated to the sanctity of all living things and their inherent right to a happy, healthy, and humane life.

It is our mission to 1) help people keep their pets through guidance, non-monetary support, and education, 2) provide a service to find the perfect home for homeless, transient, and transitional domestic animals, and 3) provide a limited foster home structure for abandoned domestic animals.

Our Adoption Process...

A potential adopter must complete an application. It will be sent to the Board of Directors for approval. Upon approval, a home visit is done (either with or without the animal(s)). If all goes well, the animal will stay at the home. There is a two-week probationary period where either the adoptive parents or the foster parents can determine the animal should not stay. If this happens during the two weeks, adoption fees are returned. At the time of the adoption, a contract is signed. The adopter is given a full medical history, microchip information, etc. If applicable, a microchip transfer fee will be attained. The adoption fee for a kitten is $75. Any additional kitten is $25. A cat (1 - 6 years) is $40. Additional cat (1 - 6 years) is $20. Senior cats (7 and above) are $20. Puppies (up to 1 year) are $250. Dogs (1 - 6 years) are $150. Senior dogs (7 and above) are $100. Tax of 5% will be added to all adoptions within the state of Wisconsin.
