My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Niko is a Husky mix who has not had an easy life. He is about 8 years old and was rescued from a kill shelter in southern Indiana. He is very calm and sweet but given his background he is not happy to share his food and should probably be the only dog in the home. Niko has 1 brown and 1 blue eye, a black and gray coat and would love a comfy place to curl up.
You can meet this pet at the ANIMAL CARE CENTER of SHOREWOOD 189 Brook Forest Ave (Rt 59) in Shorewood, IL

At the Animal Care Center of Shorewood, cats and dogs can be viewed Monday through Friday 10am to 7 pm, Saturday from 10am - 2pm and Sunday from 10 am to 1 pm. No appointment is needed. For up to the minute availability information on this pet during the hours shown above, call 815-744-1500.
