Target's Story...
Name: Target

Age: 2.5 years old

Status: One-time mother looking for her own adoptive mom or dad now that she's raised her kittens and been rescued. If you're looking for a sweet cat, then she's your target! 😉

Likes: Once Target is comfortable in a new space, she is very playful and vocal! She loves to play with string-toys and smaller toys, before napping and cuddling up under your blankets.

Seeking furry friends?: While Target is okay around other cats, she is not okay with dogs.

If She Wasn't a Cat, She'd Be: A secret agent specializing in spy work! Target is very good at hiding, but once she gets to know someone, she becomes more extroverted.

A sweet gal just bursting to bloom and become more confident, though Target has had a hard life so far, she is sweet and lovely. She would make a great addition to a quiet, relaxed home. Please email info@teamcatrescue.ca to fill out an application for this beauty!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Target, a THORNHILL Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in THORNHILL, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in THORNHILL.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in THORNHILL already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a THORNHILL breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in THORNHILL paves the way for another one to be saved.
