Theodore's Story...

Theodore is an affectionate older guy looking for his forever home. He was found outside- skinny and drooling because his mouth was so badly infected. After a dental procedure that removed all of his remaining teeth, he is feeling like a new and improved kitty. He does have FIV which can make him more prone to infection compared to a non-FIV kitty. He tolerates other cats as long as they are not too pushy about being buddies.. and same goes with dogs. FIV is spread primarily by biting and he is not a "fighter" nor does he have any remaining teeth. So, the chance of spreading FIV to your kitties is slim to none. Theodore LOVES LOVES LOVES attention and is A VERY VERY SWEET boy. Male neutered, 12 years old, siamese mix Adoption Fee: $50 Includes spay/neuter, microchip and rabies/distemper vaccines.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Theodore, a Denver Siamese cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in Denver, or seeking a Siamese cat from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
