Keiko's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Keiko's Story...
Keiko is a beautiful 3 year old husky mix with a vibrant and delightful personality. He’s funny and energetic and very affectionate and loving. It’s impossible not to like him! Keiko is also dog-friendly and he likes to run and play with his canine companions. He’s house-trained and generally well-mannered indoors and he enjoys riding in the front seat of the car while being chauffeured around town.

Keiko is a bit more relaxed and obedient than most young huskies but he definitely has strong husky traits. He will need a breed-experienced owner and a yard with secure fencing that is at least five feet high at all points. Keiko would love to go to a home that has a friendly, playful dog as a buddy for him, but he could potentially do well as an only dog with an active owner who is home most of the day and who can give him the regular exercise and the abundant affection and companionship he needs.

Keiko’s adoption fee is $225.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Keiko, a Cedar Crest Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky for sale in Cedar Crest, or seeking a Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Cedar Crest.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cedar Crest already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cedar Crest breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cedar Crest paves the way for another one to be saved.
