Roscoe was picked up by animal control on the streets of Hayward. He was pretty stressed out in the shelter, and made sure everyone within earshot was aware of his displeasure at being left alone in the shelter's kennels. Nobody's Perfekt Dogs pulled him into a foster care.

Roscoe is a total sweetheart and much less vocal, since being out of the shelter. Even though he is probably a pit bull mix and he is full grown, he is pretty small. A nice size for the cuddly lapdog that he is. He gets along very well with other dogs and loves attention. We don't know how is with cats, but he should be fine with children.

Potential adopters should own their home and have a fenced-in backyard.
