Sue's Story...
Who wants 21 pounds of joy? If you do - here it is! This is Sue the beagle who is 2 years old approximately and she is on the market for a new home. She is in a home with two basset hounds now that are older and Sue well - she likes to play and romp around! Sue is a spunky girl who is best suited for a home with a fence and a buddy to romp around with. She is housebroken, good with other dogs, full of love and will be a nice addition to almost any family that wants a playful little girl.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sue, a Richmond Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Richmond, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
