found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already spayed, up to date with shots, and good with cats.
Sarai was adopted from PPAH eight years ago. She is now being returned to us with her long-time friend and roommate Payne. They have lived together for eight years, but have now been in two of our foster homes and do not exhibit any behavior that indicates that they are bonded. In light of this, Sarai and her friend Payne can be adopted together or separately. They are both in our adoption center at Petco on Halsted in Chicago.
Payne and Sarai are sweet and love attention. They rub on legs and are classic bathroom attention seekers. If you don’t want to be petting both of these girls while you’re using the bathroom, make sure the door is shut tight when you go in. If you don’t, they will flank your legs simultaneously asking for pets until you get up and leave. In general, they love to sit on laps but don’t love to be picked up and carried around.
Sarai is very friendly and vocal. She is active and likes to play fetch. After she became comfortable with her foster home, she began venturing downstairs to hang out with the family. She even tolerated the family dog (mini-dachshund) but didn’t really like her. So we think she would be fine in a home with a cat friendly/savvy dog who doesn’t care that cats are around.
Sarai is a very chill cat. Loves treats, and is not a picky eater.
Approved applicants can be scheduled for a meet n greet at the foster's home.
