Jake's Story...
GRAFTON CO. AREA, NEW HAMPSHIRE: 2 yr old Jake is a not your typical fireside lazy saint. He needs to go to an active home with no small children and an experienced saint owner! Jake needs an adopter to help him get thru his terrible TWO's. He is extremely smart and active and wants to please very much. Most of his issues are wanting to protect his family and his need for direction and training, etc. He is only two and just testing his perimeters. Due to some of his dominant behavior, Jake should be in a no-other pets home or with a very submissive large female. No cats due to his size and playful spirit. He is leery of strangers. Jake would thrive and do great on a farm and a home wanting to make him part of the family. EXPERIENCED FOSTER/ADOPTER NEEDED. Please TEXT Dawn at 610-787-2353. This boy is currently in NH on the boarder of VT. Or, email dawnleemcmahon@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jake, a haddonfield St. Bernard dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a St. Bernard for sale in haddonfield, or seeking a St. Bernard dog from a breeder in haddonfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in haddonfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a haddonfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even St. Bernard breeders who help with St. Bernard rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in haddonfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
