Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Monsieur Dino, the French German Shepherd
8-year-old, black and brown, large, male, German Shepherd
Good with other dogs: Yes
Good with kids: Unknown
Good with cats: Unknown
Dino is quite the character with his happy face and big smile. He was actually born in Paris and understands French! This boy was saved from Maricopa County Animal Care and Control and was absolutely adorable on his freedom ride to his foster home. He was so excited to be out of the shelter, it warmed our hearts!
On a recent outing with his foster, he had a great time and really enjoyed being around people. The foster reports that he knows some commands in French. How cool is that? He did great on a trip to PetSmart and even picked out his own squeaky toy! Overall, Dino is very well behaved and would make a wonderful pet for an active family. Even at the age of 8, he is an active boy and will require a strong handler. He walked nearly four miles on his outing, so this boy would likely love to go hiking, walking or jogging every day.
