ELSIE is a Flat Coat Retriever mix. She has a beautiful, medium black coat with accents of white. She has a high energy level and is very friendly and outgoing. She's a young adult and probably weighs 55-60 lbs. She is on deck to enter our PAWS BEHIND BARS prison dog training program. She's the perfect candidate and will benefit from obedience training.
