KODEE's Story...
Meet Kodee, not only is he a cutie pie, but he is a friendly and happy boy. He is pretty active…he and his two brothers are always playing hard and having a big time. All three of them are fairly confident puppies and I feel they will make great companions for their new families. Their Mother is a small (35 pound) Husky and Dad was a traveling man. He was born 10/11/16 making him 14 weeks at the time of this posting (1/19/17). He will be neutered next week and will be ready to travel the week of February 6th – he has been fecal tested, microchipped, current on all vaccines, worming and on heartworm and flea prevention. His adoption fee is $400.

Kodee is being fostered in Tennessee. Once adopted he will be transported to his pickup location by a professional dog transport company. Our rescue ships to the New England area every week and his fee does include transportation.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

KODEE, a Newburgh Husky puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky for sale in Newburgh, or seeking a Husky puppy from a breeder in Newburgh.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newburgh already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newburgh breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky breeders who help with Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newburgh paves the way for another one to be saved.
