Andy (in CT)'s Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Andy (in CT)'s Story...
Andy (in CT) is 6 months old. He may be part Maine Coon, as he has that look & is already almost 8 lbs at 6 months. He's very sweet & enjoys human company & being petted. He doesn't mind being brushed (which is good, with that medium/longish coat!). If you're looking for 2 kitties, Andy & Sophia were in the same foster home & like each other.

He has been tested for FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus) & FeLV (feline leukemia virus) & found to be negative, and is already neutered.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Andy (in CT), a East Hartford Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in East Hartford, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in East Hartford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in East Hartford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a East Hartford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in East Hartford paves the way for another one to be saved.
