Meet little Pete. He is a 1 year old Pincher mix of 14 lbs. He got kicked out of a car and then the driver took off which was witnessed by one of the neighbors. For days our rescue member tried to track him down and trap him because little Pete was scared out of his mind.. He huddled up in a corner by a fence where our rescue team member put out food and a blanket. But it was made very difficult for her by a homeowner who kept flipping over the food and water and threw the blankets away. A note was placed on the door of that person to call our team member and once the home owner called, nothing but bad words came out of his mouth and he said cold hearted he doesn't want the dog near his property. A couple of days later a miracle happened... Our team member walked her dogs and there he was... he followed her and her dogs home like he just belonged to the pack and made himself at home..... Pete is a bit shy first with new people but warms up quickly and then loves to lay in your lap. He is amazing with other dogs. He is young and playful. He seems to be housebroken and is absolute kennel trained. He is an absolute sweet heart and would be great for an active family or person who loves to go on walks or to the dog park. If yo would lie to meet Pete, please send us a message as we are only able to meet with pre approved applicants. We are not available to the public and operate on foster homes only.
We are a rescue organization located in Georgia and have weekly transport available for our pups to relocate up north with their new forever families.
Our adopters make their decision to adopt based on pictures, videos and talking to the foster parent.
Pete’s adoption fee is $ 375 which includes transport cost, all vaccines, heartworm test, neuter and micro chip.
