My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Polly is a very intelligent lap cat. She bonds with one or two people very well, and is looking for someone. She comes in response to her name. She likes high places and being close to her people. One of the volunteers often brought a book to the shelter because Polly would hop onto her lap, curl up, and not want to leave. She responds to gestures and invitations to hop up onto a seat and hang out.

She is an expressive cat, with a face that reflects lots of different moods. She gives eager head-butts. She likes it when she's given a toy of her very own (exciting).

When we took Polly, she was sickeningly thin: she had severe dental disease. Polly needed a full mouth extraction. She's a very sweet kitty, waiting for someone special to come and notice her! She will be a dear friend, no doubt!
