This sweet girl was tied to a fence on the south side after being used for a breeding dog. She landed at Chicago Animal Care and Control as a cruelty case.
The volunteers at the shelter say she LOVES people and adores going on walks. She has not been socialized with other animals. So, she is looking for a home as the one and only pet.
