How this little girl got lost, no one will ever know.... Lucky are we at TFF that we have possession of this little gem! Ruthie is very quiet, shy and extremely sweet. She is slowly coming out of her protective shell while under the loving care of her foster parents, Joan Trombini and Bill "OB" O'Briski. No longer on the street, Ruthie is relishing the comforts of a warm meal and a soft place to rest her little head. Foster Mom reports Ruthie feels so much better after having a warm bath and a good night's sleep. Rest assured, we are all waiting in anticipation to hug and see this little girl flourish.
