I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Oliver's Info...

I am already neutered, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with cats.

Oliver's Story...
My name is Oliver and I am a handsome 4 year old boy (with gorgeous green eyes). I am very friendly and playful; I will play all day if you have the time! I am friends with Sherby, here, in our foster home. In fact, we could be adopted together if you are looking for 2 best buds to add to your home. A home with small children would NOT be a good fit for me (or for me & Sherby); a home with an older family would be best. I am FiV positive and a bit overweight (I need a diet). I am most comfortable in a calm home. Please consider taking me (and my buddy, Sherby) into your life.

If you are interested in meeting me (and Sherby), please contact my foster mom, Rita, at 617-529-3508.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Oliver, a Medford Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Medford, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Medford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Medford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Medford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Medford paves the way for another one to be saved.
