Zeus's Story...
This is Zeus. Zeus is our three-year-old full-blooded American pit bull. He is been a loyal companion to our family since he was 8 weeks old. Zeus is potty trained. Crate trained. He also knows basic commands such as sit, stay and bed. Zeus is a friendly, loving and very playful dog. He is always full of energy and ready for walks or even swimming (he loves swimming). Zeus is loyal to fault, as he loves to follow you around the house and always be by your side. If it wasn't for our growing family and lack of time, Zeus would be a part of our future. However we found that Zeus requires more attention than we can currently give. He also may require going to a single dog household, as he loves to have all the attention. In summary, Zeus is a fun, loving and loyal dog that will make someone very happy.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zeus, a Goodlettsville American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Goodlettsville, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Goodlettsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Goodlettsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Goodlettsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Goodlettsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
