Sir Louie's Story...
Hello there I am Sir Louie. I am a orange tabby male domestic short hair guy. I weigh approximately 13 pounds. My date of birth is estimated to be 1/10/2016 making me only a year old. I came to the shelter when a kind lady found me and was feeding me as I was a stray. I am a big lovable cuddly boy that loves to be petted and cuddle up in your lap. I am hoping I get to curl up in a lap of my own soon. My fee of $80 is very inclusive – I am neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped, wormed, tested negative for Feline Leukemia and FIV and I am current on monthly Frontline. Please consider making me part of your family. I would love to find myself cuddling next to you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sir Louie, a Hawk Point Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Hawk Point, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Hawk Point.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hawk Point already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hawk Point breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hawk Point paves the way for another one to be saved.
