Jax's Story...
Jax is intelligent, adaptable, sweet-tempered and affectionate. This gorgeous 5 month old Manx will form a strong bond with his human companion. Jax will enjoy sitting, purring, slumbering and sleeping on your lap. He is not over demanding and will entertain himself. Jax will make a good family pet as he gets along with children who play nicely and dogs if properly introduced. Jax is playful and curious, so cat trees and perches are a favorite. He has been witnessed jumping in his foster person’s arms. The tailless gene can cause problems, such as, bowel or bladder dysfunction, or rectum prolapse. Please take this into consideration as a problem may require veterinarian care and expenses. Jax has not experienced any of these problems since he has been in foster care.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jax, a Ocean Springs Manx kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Manx for sale in Ocean Springs, or seeking a Manx kitten from a breeder in Ocean Springs.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ocean Springs already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ocean Springs breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Manx breeders who help with Manx rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ocean Springs paves the way for another one to be saved.
