Here's what the humans have to say about me:
IDGSR WELCOMES ZAYDEN INTO THE SAFETY OF THE RESCUE!!!!
Zayden is an approx. 2 yr. old male German Shepherd. We also have his parents Zeus and Zoey and all 3 were surrendered into rescue. Zayden is a sweet boy who is fine with other dogs, but IDGSR prefers to do opposite sex adoptions and he will do fine with a nice large breed female. NOT CAT TESTED so do not apply for him if you have cats. We will revise his bio if we do cat testing on him, so at this time best to assume not cat friendly.
Zayden is a Xlarge boy who is a little on the lean side and he could easily be 100lbs as he gets older. He is currently close to 90lbs. Zayden needs an adopter who is willing to put some time and effort into this boy and give him the education his previous owners failed to give him. IDGSR believes every dog should be advanced obedience trained for a happier and more solid relationship with your family companion. A highly trained dog ensures a great bond, happy owner and happy dog. We cannot emphasize enough that this is an absolute Fail we see on the part of many owners of these super intelligent dogs. It is a disservice to them to not educate/obedience train them. Zayden is not aggressive in any way. He is typical of a male German Shepherd and helping him to be a successful young fella is what Zayden needs in his life right now.
If you would like to apply to adopt Zayden, please put an application in and copy the link below to our application page.
