My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tala was saved from a high kill shelter in TX. He was owner surrender and that is all we know as no other info was given to us. He is about 6 months old and 9lbs. He looks to be a Yorkie/Jack Russell mix. Tala has a lot of energy and does not stay still for long. He does seem to act up a bit around other dogs when there is food or bones around. We think he was an only dog and not really be socialized much which is very important with puppies. He is fine in his foster home with a female poodle that is more on the dominate size. So we know he can be ok with other dogs and we are thinking more on the small size. He is fun with the cat. He is fully vetted meaning fixed, current on all shots, heart worm negative, micro chipped and on monthly prevention. We think he would do best in a home without very small children as small children can get very rough with the little dogs.
