Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello! My name is Toby and I am somewhere between 2 and 3 years old and a mere 17 ½ pounds. My foster Mom’s best guess is that I am a Chihuahua mix with a little Italian Greyhound possibly thrown in. I was rescued from Chicago Animal Care and Control but not before I came down with the Canine Flu. I’m one of the lucky dogs who has fully recovered after an extended stay at the vet’s office. Now, I’m healthy and ready to find my new furever family! My foster Mom want you to know that I'm a very sweet but shy little guy.I’m not terribly fond of being in a crate, but a treat helps me settle in. I appear to be housebroken and not much of a barker. When I do bark, it is quite loud for someone of my size. I will need a home without small children as I can get nervous with lots of quick movements. I do ok with other dogs but don’t like when they get in my face. What I really LIKE is to sit with my foster Mom and snuggle when she watches TV but a good run outside doesn’t hurt either. If you think I might make a good BFF, please contact CDR. Hope to hear from you real soon! -XOXOXO Toby
