You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Sweet, soft, cuddly, full of life...all PUPPY! Aurora is a medium sized dog with lots of puppy energy. She will look up at you, through lowered lashes, just about making it impossible to say 'no' to another round of play. She loves to play fetch with a ball, stick, log or toy, she is not picky just loves to run and play.

She has her whole life in front of her to be the dog of your dreams. She is very smart and knows sit, down, and paw and we are working on better leash manners and stay. She is ready and eager to learn what you want her to know.

Aurora is fearful of situations and things she cannot control. She is dog selective but is gradually being introduced to more dogs and is doing well with most. She likes to play rough but also likes to be in control of the situation. She also likes to ride in the car.

A 5-6 privacy fenced yard is required for this girl. She is also a climber and is getting very good at jumping. She is house trained.

Aurora does have some auto immune issues and reactions to vaccines. She has had reactions to rabies vaccine and to antibiotics given after her spay. We are recommending limited vaccines in the future. She also has some anxiety and we are using homeopathic remedies to help her.

She will make a great little sister to a calm mature dog and will make a wonderful family member and she loves kids!
