Cash! If you are looking for a dog that you can be active with, that you can take long walks with on the beach or going hiking on your favorite mountain trail then Cash is your guy! He is fun and outgoing and loves to play. He also loves to cuddle and just be with his people. Cash is house and crate trained. He would do best in a home where he has a yard to run and play in.

About Tails of the Unwanted - Charlotte

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a rescue that networks and promote shelter dogs at risk of being euthanized at high kill shelters. If no one comes to their rescue, we step in. We are always looking for fosters and donations as well as volunteers so that we can continue to save the dogs who have run out of time at the high kill shelters.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our dogs are placed in foster homes around North Carolina and currently in the Concord, Charlotte, Greensboro, Winston Salem, High Point and Salisbury areas. We want our dogs to be placed in a loving and caring home and will arrange meet and greets with approved adopters.

Our Adoption Process...

All dogs are fully vetted, have age appropriate core vaccinations, and have been spayed/neutered and microchiped. 100% of the adoption fees go back to helping us rescue more dogs.

Our adoption process consists of an application, phone or face to face interview, home visit and reference checks. If you are approved to adopt from Tails of the Unwanted, you will be required to sign an adoption contract.
