My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey there, my name is Chip! I'm a 7-year-old neutered male Poodle/Terrier mix. I weigh about 14 pounds. I'm as cute as they come, with a winning personality to match! Not only am I neutered, but I'm also microchipped and up-to-date on my vaccines. I'm all ready to move into my forever home!

I'm happy, sweet, friendly and loving. I get along with everyone I meet - humans and canines alike. There are no strangers in my book, just friends I've yet to meet!

The truth about me is that I used to have a home. For no fault of my own, my previous family surrendered me to the South LA pound. I really don't know why. I'm such a good boy! When I arrived at the shelter, the vet noticed that I had a fractured jaw. It appeared to be an old injury, and I'm able to eat and drink without any issues, so I won't require any further care to repair it.

After spending a few days getting to know me, it was clear to the volunteers at the shelter that I'm an amazing dog who's deserving of a loving home. So CageFree brought me to their facility and made it their mission to find me one. Now I'm here making new friends and settling in, but I truly cannot wait to meet my new family.
