Olivia's Info...

I am already spayed, a special needs pet, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Olivia's Story...
Olivia is an adorable Pit mix puppy who is about 7 to 8 months old. This little girl needs hip surgery, which we will be done once approved for adoption. We are hoping to get the surgery done and then place her right into her home so she has a comfortable place to recover. If you think you'd be able to do that for her, please come in and meet her. She gets along with some dogs, mostly males, and would be best with older kids until she's all healed up.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Olivia, a Bay Shore Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Bay Shore, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Bay Shore.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bay Shore already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bay Shore breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bay Shore paves the way for another one to be saved.
